Currently, a large number of old houses across the country are limited in their elderly residents' mobility and quality of life due to the lack of elevators. To meet the needs of socio-economic development and population aging, there is an increasing demand for elevators to be installed in these older buildings, which has become an important issue related to people's livelihoods. In response, local governments such as Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, and Fuzhou have introduced relevant implementation policies and measures. However, the advancement of this work still faces numerous difficulties. In addition to policy factors, there are also issues such as the distribution of installation costs and disturbance to residents during the construction period. The modular elevator technology we provide offers a good solution to this problem. It has several major advantages: 1) The elevator shaft adopts segmented modular prefabrication in the factory, which facilitates connection and quick on-site assembly. 2) The elevator foundation is pre-assembled in a prefabricated manner, with advanced construction techniques and fast construction speed. Elevator equipment and tracks are produced in a factory integrated with the elevator shaft, which improves installation accuracy and further accelerates construction progress. 4) It has multiple connection platform solutions for elevator openings and old house entrances, with strong adaptability. 5) It can achieve industrialized mass production, stable processing quality, and cost advantages.
