The TJSIG system software is the first set of self-developed and independently researched software in China for urban road traffic design, intersection signal timing optimization, and comprehensive data analysis. Based on the research results of a National Natural Science Foundation project, the system integrates traffic design theory, traffic signal control theory, and traffic system evaluation theory. It is suitable for both new road intersection traffic design, capacity assessment, and service level analysis; as well as evaluating and improving existing intersections, providing necessary decision support for urban construction and transportation management departments, and completely changing the tedious and complicated nature of traditional traffic design and signal timing work. TJSIG can dynamically generate intersection traffic design sketches and signal timing phase sequence parameter diagrams, with dual optimization of spatial design and time design as well as mutual feedback functions; it supports "phase overlap nesting" and allows users to customize phase sequences based on traffic needs; Fully consider the safety and efficiency of bicycles and pedestrians under mixed traffic conditions in China; reserve interfaces for bus priority and control modules; have dual functions of scheme optimization generation and evaluation of established schemes; provide six types of optimization objective functions; offer analysis reports with up to nine intersection design evaluation indicators.
