Wireless vibration measurement is a hot research topic internationally at present. The synchronization acquisition and transmission of multi-channel vibration signals are its technical difficulties and key points. This project utilizes modern communication technology and the Internet platform to successfully develop a multi-channel wireless vibration testing system. The system consists of wireless network vibration sensors and specialized acquisition software, where the former integrates pick-up vibrators, low-power controllable filtering amplifiers, time synchronization modules, and signal communication modules into one. The acquired signals can be automatically converted into various data formats supported by currently popular vibration analysis software.
