The main body of the film can be divided into two types: rolling-grade film and casting-grade film. The rolling-grade film is manufactured by extrusion, while the casting-grade film is made by casting. By stretching the mixture of solid particle resins, fillers, and other materials to a film with a certain thickness through high temperature extrusion. The casting-grade film is manufactured by scraping sol components (such as resin, plasticizer, solvent, and flame retardant) into A liquid film forms a polymer film in an oven at 200°C. This product is suitable for the construction of high-speed railways and airports, and is conducive to the new product development and large-scale production of films for surface decoration and protection of rail vehicles.
