For the manufacturing of complex products assembled and welded from metal sheet stamping parts, due to the large number of parts and complex structure, it is necessary to reasonably divide the welding operations into blocks and arrange a clear welding sequence in order to complete the product manufacturing with high quality and facilitate the rational planning of the process flow and smooth logistics. According to the assembly sequence, the product parts are divided into multiple levels, with the lower-level assemblies being welded before proceeding to the higher level. The classification is as follows: Level 1 and 2 are for the final assembly workshop. Level 3: Product assembly. Level 4: Assembly parts welded on the third-level assembly line, such as body welding assemblies. Level 5: Sub-assembly parts welded on the fourth-level assembly line. The subsequent levels follow in succession. The upper-level part is the assembly of the lower-level, and each level has a tree-like relationship. The application of this technology can reasonably allocate robots, shorten the production cycle of the workstation, Optimize the existing planning scheme.
