Rubber and metal hot vulcanization adhesives are used in the manufacture of rubber-metal composite products and components in fields such as the automotive industry and machinery manufacturing. Traditional hot vulcanization adhesives are mostly solvent-based products, containing toxic and harmful ketones, chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc., and often use heavy metal salt components that are harmful to both humans and the environment. However, environmentally friendly water-based products are monopolized by foreign companies, leaving a gap in China. The product of this project is a high-performance water-dispersible environmental protection product with high bonding strength, good high-temperature resistance, and simple construction process. All indicators meet the advanced level of foreign similar products, breaking the technical and product constraints on China by foreign companies. The project team has also developed or is currently developing many adhesive and new material projects for advanced manufacturing industries such as new energy (solar and LED), automotive, electronics, and appliances. The company has a strong capability in the industrialization development of new materials. The products of this project have high performance and are environmentally friendly. They are widely used in various applications such as engine components (such as oil seals, rubber linings, shock absorbers) for automobiles and aircraft, as well as in tires, rubber rollers, conveyor belts, rubber fenders, wires, wrenches, etc., and can also be applied to bonding of track vehicles' load-bearing wheels, grounding rubber for crawler tracks, and crawler track bushings in rail transit, mechanical engineering, construction, ships, and military industries.
