Gene therapy has shown broad application prospects in overcoming major diseases threatening human health, such as cancer and Parkinson's disease. Gene therapy involves delivering functional nucleic acid molecules to diseased cells, aiming to correct genetic defects or regulate the expression of specific protein factors within the cell to achieve therapeutic purposes. However, nucleic acid molecules are very susceptible to degradation by corresponding enzymes during delivery, and the lack of efficient and safe gene vector materials has become the biggest obstacle to further development of gene therapy.
