Concrete structures, due to their inherent brittleness, often inevitably crack in engineering applications. Post-cracking of concrete structures can lead to a decrease in water tightness and leakage, affecting the service life of the project or rendering it unusable. This is a common issue in the construction industry. In hydraulic structures, roads, bridges, and other projects, damaged concrete structures require rapid repair. This research, by analyzing the causes of cracking in concrete structures and environmental conditions, develops new types of high-performance repair materials, which is of great significance. The technology of this invention has developed a series of high-performance rapid repair materials according to the different repair needs of modern concrete projects, including ultra-fast hardening repair materials, fast-hardening early strength repair materials, and high-performance rapid repair materials. The main characteristics of the high-performance cement-based series of rapid repair materials are high early strength, no shrinkage, high bonding strength with the base surface, good long-term stability, It has superior durability, as well as good wear resistance, excellent impact resistance, and high frost resistance. More importantly, the traffic time can be adjusted from 3 hours to 24 hours. The high-performance cement-based rapid repair materials are widely applicable for repairing cracks or defects in concrete structures such as roads, airport runways, reinforced concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, bridges, buildings, hydraulic structures, and pavements. They are also suitable for large-area repairs of pavements, especially for engineering applications in cold and salt-frozen regions of the north.
