The present invention relates to a composite material and process with plant nutrition effects and structural strength. It is composed of peat 40-60%; curing agent 10-30%; adsorbent 10-30%; nutrient additive 5-10%; and additional agent 0-1%. Peat, after dewatering and crushing, is weighed according to the above weight percentages. The adsorbent, nutrient additive, additional agent, and curing agent are added to the peat and mixed well to form the composite material of the present invention. Finally, it is either transported to the site for pressing and molding, filled with seeds, and laid out for use, or pressed and molded at the production site, cured, filled with seeds, stored in inventory. It can also be made into a coated slurry, which is directly applied to various shaped surfaces to bury seeds for three-dimensional greening. The process of the present invention is simple and cost-effective. It has plant nutrition, certain structural strength, and compatibility with the surface of buildings. It can be widely used in the transformation of degraded grasslands, forests, deserts, saline-alkali lands, etc., as well as in three-dimensional agriculture, soilless cultivation, and artificial shaping greening.
