Introduction: Click to view
In real industrial environments, due to processing technology requirements, many scenarios require multiple robots to cooperate to complete specific tasks. Under the traditional method of individual control for each robot, the robots do not know each other's exact position or pace, which prevents effective collaboration. Alternatively, robots must rely on on-site communication to obtain information from each other, resulting in slow movements and low efficiency. To address this issue, we have independently developed a robot coordination platform that centralizes the control of multiple robots within one platform, enabling them to move quickly simultaneously and achieve coordinated work. Technical advantages include: 1. Using a single controller to achieve centralized control of multiple robots; 2. Displaying the functions and performance of different robots on one platform; 3. A single controller controlling multiple robots for LMS interpolation, which has reached the industry's leading level. Application scope and prospects: 1. All fields that require industrial robots, such as the automotive industry, 3C industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc.; 2. All fields that require visual inspection, such as object recognition, defect detection, position localization, etc.; 3. Fields that require collaboration of multiple robots; 4. Teaching demonstration fields.
