In gold smelting, the harmless tailings remain hazardous waste, containing elements such as lead (3-4%), arsenic (1-2%), and iron. The large accumulation of tailings occupies a significant area, incurs high disposal costs, and severely affects the development of enterprises. Through research and development, an impregnation method for separating and enriching harmful elements (lead, arsenic) from gold smelting tailings has been studied. The recovered elements can be sold, and after separation of the harmful elements, the harmless residue is formed into pellets by high-pressure methods for resource utilization, while also creating high-pressure molding equipment.
