3D printing is in its infancy, and metal 3D printing has made some impossible tasks in mechanical processing possible, which is also being rapidly promoted. With the popularization of 3D metal printing technology and the rationalization of its prices, demand for it is growing geometrically. However, since the techniques for processing metal powder used in printing have not yet been mastered by Chinese people, it still relies on imports and the price is more than a hundred times that of raw materials. The preliminary research of this achievement was made at the Chinese Academy of Sciences to produce military spherical misaligned powders, which has already mastered the key technology. It can utilize the high speed, low temperature, low pressure, and pulsation of supersonic airflow to produce 3D printing metal powders for other materials. Product and target positioning: 3D printing metal powder material, stabilize prices, promote the popularization of printing processing technology, replace imports, and drive demand.
