I. Project Introduction To meet the needs of intelligent and refined development in enterprise energy management, a comprehensive energy monitoring platform for the entire production process is constructed to achieve dynamic monitoring of key energy-consuming equipment; provide diversified and refined energy metering methods for effective energy audit and supervision; organically combine equipment energy consumption, personnel production energy use, and energy saving management to build a complete and effective energy management system, helping enterprises fully control their energy use and providing a foundation for sustainable development. The main functions include: basic business management of energy conservation and emission reduction, energy infrastructure management, energy consumption analysis and statistics, equipment energy consumption monitoring, energy balance analysis, energy planning and forecasting, team energy performance management, power load analysis, non-industrial energy management, etc. The industrial software developed has been implemented in companies such as COMAC Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd., Shanghai Heavy Machinery Plant Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Zhengtai Electric Co., Ltd. II. Project Industrialization Prospects and Application Fields Energy management is an important measure for enterprises to implement energy conservation and emission reduction, with a broad market promotion and application space. The software system developed by the project is aimed at the common needs of intelligent energy management in manufacturing industry, has universality across industries, is easy to customize, and has good prospects for industrialization applications. In terms of expected benefits, 1) it can achieve refined energy management for enterprises, provide information technology means for enterprise energy management business activities, improve the efficiency of enterprise energy management, help enterprises accurately grasp all aspects of the energy consumption process, and reduce the cost of enterprise energy management; 2) it can achieve scientific decision-making for enterprise energy planning and optimization. Through in-depth mining of energy metering data, it can predict and warn about key energy-consuming equipment, identify and warn about abnormal meters, analyze the energy saving potential of enterprises, assess the comprehensive energy efficiency level of enterprises, predict the energy demand of enterprises, Provide scientific decision-making basis for enterprise energy planning and optimization.
