Introduction to the Results: The distributed electric vehicle power system drive assembly adopts an integrated design of wheel-side motors, wheel-side reducers, and suspension swing arms. It features a compact structure, high efficiency, low unsprung mass, high chassis space utilization rate, and low batch manufacturing cost. This effectively solves the long-standing problems of heavy unsprung mass and high system costs in existing distributed hub motor drive systems. With its low cost and high performance characteristics, it has multiple invention patents and can be widely applied to various types of distributed drive new energy vehicles, such as low floor buses, sedans, logistics vehicles, microcars, high-performance SUVs, and off-road vehicles. 1. Integrated single swing arm suspension - hub synchronous belt transmission electric drive assembly with a synchronous belt efficiency of 98-99.5%, which can improve the overall efficiency of the hub drive system by more than 5%; no lubrication or sealing required. Low noise: High-performance dual motor drive axle product based on a single pendulum arm-wheel rim electric drive assembly, with each rear wheel using an independent drive integrated single pendulum arm suspension and wheel hub reduction electric drive assembly. The front wheels can adapt to different axle structures, making it easy to achieve product platformization, serialization, and diversification of drive modes. Technical and cost advantages include: 1. Equivalent spring mass is light, transmission efficiency is high, and chassis space utilization rate is high; 2. Wheel hub reduction gear manufacturing technology is mature, costs are low (using common fixed-axis gear transmission or synchronous belt transmission, etc.); 3. Thin-walled shell of the wheel hub reducer replaces the traditional single inclined arm suspension control arm, providing good stiffness (and eliminating the need for the traditional inclined swing arm structure); 4. Low power density requirements for the wheel hub drive motor are conducive to reducing the system cost of the drive motor.
