This equipment integrates multidisciplinary technologies into an integrated and miniaturized comprehensive platform, achieving automated and multi-indicator field detection of operational subway tunnel structure diseases, as well as intelligent massive data analysis and evaluation. With its simple structural form, rapid work efficiency, and intelligent working procedures, this equipment breaks through the limitations of narrow time windows for operational subway inspections and the disadvantages of low manual inspection efficiency. It improves the long feedback cycle of information on the service status of subway structures and the inconsistency of judgment criteria, providing efficient and reliable technical means for the safety assurance of subway tunnel structures. The prototype of this equipment has already been formed, and its functions have been tested and verified in Shanghai subway tunnels, fully meeting the needs of rapid subway inspections. The scientific research project led by this equipment, which has achieved its expected goals, has passed the acceptance organized by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. According to the novelty search results of similar technologies at home and abroad by Shanghai Science and Technology Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, this equipment "has novelty in the field of tunnel operation and maintenance, and its technology for rapid detection of key diseases in automated tunnels has reached a leading domestic level and an advanced international level."
