Introduction to the Results: With the acceleration of urbanization, there has been a wave of township consolidation and concentrated living in rural areas. A large amount of biomass energy has been replaced by commercial energy sources, and energy use patterns have replicated those of cities, leading to rapid increases in energy consumption. To promote the development of energy-saving work in rural buildings, it is urgent to conduct energy efficiency assessments. However, China currently lacks relevant research and standards in this area. In view of this, the project aims to study an energy efficiency assessment method system suitable for rural buildings based on the characteristics of changes in rural building construction during the urbanization process. It establishes different methods for assessing two types of rural buildings, determines their evaluation indicators, calculates energy efficiency grade parameters, judges the results of energy efficiency assessments, and provides references for the formulation of related standards such as energy-saving in rural buildings and energy efficiency assessments. Technical Indicators: The goal of the topic is to research and develop a low-cost, scalable key technology integration system for energy-saving in buildings. Establish demonstration bases in hot summer and cold winter regions, hot summer and warm winter regions, cold regions, and severe cold regions. For demonstration projects, to achieve the expected energy-saving goals, improvements need to be made on the basis of existing buildings, which requires appropriate methods for evaluation. However, since there are currently no methods for evaluating building energy efficiency in rural areas, the main purpose of this research is to study different climate zone energy statistics methods, calculation methods for energy saving technology contribution rates, and standard definitions of benchmark buildings; establish an energy efficiency assessment system, including the content of assessments, testing and evaluation methods, as well as criteria for judgment, and develop corresponding energy efficiency test and evaluation software.
