The most widely used, user-friendly, influential, and beneficial standard internationally is the video coding standard, which is utilized in nearly every computer product, communication device, audio-visual product, etc. Currently, the number of annual authorized uses exceeds 4 billion pieces. There are three major series of international video coding standards: (1) The MPEG/H.26X series jointly developed by ISO/ITU/IEC; (2) The AVS series jointly established by China's AVS and the International IEEE; (3) The VP8/9/10/WebP series led by Google. This standardization research relies on new data compression and encoding technologies for video content that have emerged with cloud computing, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, neural networks, and deep learning, guiding the adoption of completely independent intellectual property patent technology from Tongji University as an international standard. Promote all products of this standard globally through international patent pools. Licensed patents include: 1. Patent number: ZL2008 1 0203722.1, authorized on August 18, 2010, 'An image compression method and device integrating hybrid encoding with dictionary encoding' 2. Patent number: ZL2010 1 0195198.5, authorized on December 25, 2013, 'Traditional image compression methods and devices' 3. Patent number ZL2011 1 0385405.8, authorized on March 5, 2014, 'A screen image compression device and compression method' Patent number: 2014108441958, 'Image encoding, decoding methods and devices'
