This product is a construction product built by robots using 3D spray printing of multiple layers of materials on-site. The user-customizable form of the pneumatic mold interface, cut by the robot, provides structural support for 3D printing, thereby achieving efficient construction. This construction system innovatively integrates customized software platform innovation, mobile robot technology innovation, gypsum-based printing material innovation, parametric architectural design, and research and development of product and service standards, making it a global first. This construction system can reduce the use and cost of building materials by more than 15%, decrease construction and labor time by more than 50%, while also enhancing the experience of buildings and user participation, increasing market expected prices. It can be applied to low-end disaster resistance housing, military housing, mid-range tourism and leisure housing, and high-end personal housing markets in developed countries, with a wide range of market application scenarios. Research progress: Small buildings for the tourism market have been sprayed with air-molded polyurethane materials, and inflatable molds for high-end custom homes are available. Mobile robots have prototypes. Gypsum-based materials have received national certification and multiple patents. Four Chinese invention patents have been applied for, including "Methods for Constructing Inflatable Houses, Containerized Houses, and Containerized House Shores," among which "A 3D Printing-Based House Manufacturing System and Method" has also been applied for a U.S. patent.
