The project aims to address the issues in mountain highway tunnel disease detection. Through theoretical research, model testing, algorithm analysis, and key equipment and technology development, an integrated inspection vehicle suitable for rapid detection of highway tunnel diseases has been developed. By integrating three types of detection equipment: linear array CCD industrial camera, infrared thermal imager, and ground penetrating radar, it achieves synchronous integrated detection of tunnel cracks, seepage water, and voids. Additionally, a comprehensive assessment system for the health status of highway tunnels has been developed, which can determine the health grade of the tunnel.
