The demand for functional water-based coatings in our country is growing at an annual rate of over 20%, with high-efficiency antibacterial and anti-adhesive coatings accounting for about 10% of the total coating market. For example, the shells of high-end equipment require the application of antibacterial and anti-adhesive coatings, while high-end equipment needs to be coated with fireproof coatings. This project aims to develop a multifunctional and intelligent antibacterial, anti-adhesive, and flame retardant coating that can meet technical requirements through irradiation, antibacterial testing, dirt removal, DBA (Dynamic Bonding Analysis), etc., to satisfy the needs of marine environment ship facility protection construction. It also investigates the temperature and humidity changes of various antibacterial, anti-adhesive, and flame retardant coatings under extreme conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, high pressure, steam, and seawater environments, as well as the mechanisms of antibacterial, anti-adhesive, and flame retardancy. The core technologies include the development of resins and the production of water-based coatings. Products include environmentally friendly high-efficiency antibacterial and anti-adhesive coatings, fireproof and corrosion-resistant water-based coatings, and multifunctional water-based damping coatings. Water-based coating technology has obtained 10 authorized invention patents: 1.
