Project Overview: Developed a platform for the establishment of virtual prototypes with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the relevant principles and methods of multi-body system dynamics, a platform for the establishment and virtual testing of virtual prototypes was developed, which can seamlessly integrate with other large software platforms. The establishment of virtual prototypes utilized the independently developed platform for virtual prototype establishment, and a virtual prototype of the SAIC Group's own brand MPV was established. Various dynamic performance experiments were conducted for simulation analysis and validation of virtual test results. The simulation and virtual test results from this project (the diagram below shows an experiment at MIRA in the UK) yielded results and conclusions very similar to those from MIRA in the UK. At the same time, the optimized results were also validated through experiments. In addition, a more comprehensive and detailed improvement plan was proposed compared to MIRA.
