Our country is the largest manufacturer of flat panel displays and also a major application market globally. Flexible substrates are lightweight, foldable, and stable and reliable. To meet the requirements of technological transformation, the 'Guidance for the Development of New Materials Industry' (2017) and the 'Made in China 2025' clearly propose to promote the mass production technology of advanced display technologies such as OLED and related materials. With the enthusiastic support of the government, domestic large-scale flat panel display enterprises will form a 150 million pieces per year capacity for OLH3 in 2020, first to meet the replacement demand of mobile phone companies for OLED screens. Therefore, the construction of flexible substrates that are compatible with this is also urgent. This product is a flexible polymer substrate material developed for the latest flexible OLED display technology, which can replace 3D glass. Currently, laboratory-developed substrate materials (film samples) mainly meet the design requirements of the OLED manufacturing process. It outperforms the performance of current Japanese prototypes and has completed a third-party test evaluation report. The related technical patents have been granted patent application numbers. The electronic grade polyimide solution has been industrialized in Suzhou, with products applied to aerospace models and numerous semiconductor listed companies.
