This product belongs to the core signal control equipment of the rail transit industry, used for tail-end protection of subway trains in emergency operation (manual driving) mode. It can greatly improve operational safety and avoid large-scale congestion, resulting in significant social benefits. The product focuses on the market gap where urban subway trains lack safety protection equipment during emergency operations, offering tremendous development potential. According to current plans, by 2020, there will be over 10,000 metro trains allocated nationwide, with an estimated cost of 500,000 yuan per train, totaling an investment of more than 5 billion yuan. Including additional purchases of trains and subsequent accessories, the domestic market capacity is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan. In the early stages, it received funding from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and experts evaluated its acceptance as "internationally pioneering in terms of product performance." In 2015, it was once again funded by the municipal science and technology commission to complete an optimization upgrade based on a domestically produced processor and an independent operating system. Currently, we have obtained one authorized invention patent, one software copyright, one commissioned test report from the Shanghai Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology, and one test report from the China Railway Communication Signal Shanghai Telecom Test Center. We have a prototype available for small-scale trial use, including three trains on Line 11 in Shanghai and all 42 train lines of the full research on Line 7, with technical maturity reaching the pilot production stage.
