This technology comprehensively considers the collection, transportation, air volume design, and operation stages, including: high-efficiency exhaust hoods with thermal waste separation for source collection, which are linked to the process to achieve on-demand collection and greatly reduce material consumption in line with equipment; a multi-source overlap rate model and optimization scheduling method for total air volume design, considering the impact of multiple factors such as the process, equipment, and workers; a simple total air volume control variable air volume method for energy-saving system operation, abandoning traditional fixed static pressure and variable static pressure methods, requiring only the collection of end-of-pipe opening and closing signals during operation; an even distribution device for ensuring uniform airflow at each end of the system, without any adjustment mechanism, and with variable working condition adaptability. The efficiency of gas collection by the high-efficiency exhaust hood is over 90%; the designed exhaust volume of the system is reduced by more than 30% compared to the conventional single unit cumulative designed exhaust volume; the system's variable air volume operation can save more than 20% energy; The uniform exhaust device can ensure that the non-uniformity of each end system is below 20%. Improved collection efficiency can reduce the emission of atmospheric environmental pollutants and lower the exposure concentration of workplace environments; taking the rubber tire vulcanization workshop as an example, if this technology is adopted, national tire companies can save about 1.9 billion kWh of electricity per year, reducing carbon emissions by 1.89 million tons; environmental operation electricity consumption can be saved by 800 million kWh, reducing carbon emissions by 840,000 tons (calculated based on the absorption process).
