The project has established a comprehensive inspection platform integrating the surface disease photography detection system, cross-section convergence deformation photography measurement system, and spatial displacement measurement system for three main types of tunnel diseases: apparent structural defects, transverse section convergence deformations, and settlement. This platform breaks through traditional methods of tunnel disease detection, achieving rapid on-site detection of diseases, automated information processing, and determination of hazard levels based on compliance with current technical specification requirements. The application of this platform will significantly shorten the time required for disease detection, statistics, analysis, judgment, and maintenance, potentially increasing work efficiency by more than 30 times compared to current technical means.
