NH3-SCR has entered the practical application stage, but it remains one of the important research directions in the field of environmental catalysis engineering. The core demand is: how to develop environmentally friendly, efficient, and stable low-temperature and high-temperature SCR catalysts according to the characteristics of flue gas emitted by industrial and mining enterprises in China, as well as matching scientifically designed energy-saving and consumption reduction SCR complete sets of equipment. Currently, most domestic researches are limited to the activity and sulfur resistance of particulate catalysts. Catalyst industrial applications must be in the form of molded catalysts, and issues such as the mechanical properties, thermal stability, specific surface area, pore structure, pressure drop, and service life of molded catalysts need to be resolved. The localization and industrialization of SCR process technology, denitration equipment, and low-temperature/high-temperature catalysts are key issues that urgently need to be addressed in the domestic flue gas denitration industry. Denitration catalysts and SCR integrated equipment can be widely applied in coking, glass, cement, Ceramics, refining, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries can provide customized design according to enterprise needs to meet the effective removal of nitrogen oxides under different working conditions.
