In some industrial production processes, concentrated salt wastewater is generated in small quantities. Conventional multi-effect evaporation and MVC technologies are used, which have high investment costs, severe scaling on the evaporator during operation, and difficult maintenance. Traditional spray evaporation technology has low thermal efficiency, with spray exhaust gases being directly discharged into the air, resulting in energy waste. This equipment adopts a humidification/dehumidification principle, that is, pressurized wastewater is atomized in a spray tower to exchange heat with hot air for evaporation, forming moist hot air, which then condenses and dehumidifies through a heat exchanger, thereby achieving the purpose of wastewater concentration and zero discharge of wastewater. Since this technology no longer uses an evaporator, it can completely solve the scaling problem in traditional high-salt wastewater evaporation and concentration processes, effectively improving the reliability and service life of the system. The equipment is simple, with low investment costs, and easy to operate and maintain. Currently, similar technologies and products are still in the blank stage in China's high-salt wastewater treatment field, and the product can guide market development.
