Product Introduction: The Gas Heat Pump (GHP) is a new type of high-efficiency gas air conditioning technology that differs from the market's lithium bromide absorption chillers. It uses a natural gas engine to drive the refrigeration compressor, while recovering the waste heat from the engine to produce hot water in summer and directly supplementing heating in winter. Currently, all GHP products are imported from Japan, resulting in high costs and long payback periods for investment. This project utilizes gasoline engine modification technology and self-developed natural gas intake proportion mixing devices to precisely control the engine speed, achieving continuous adjustment of cooling capacity. While meeting the performance requirements of foreign products, it significantly reduces processing costs. Technical Specifications: The actuator that uses a hinged connecting rod to control the engine speed can stabilize the engine speed within +/-30rpm, fully meeting the needs of energy regulation for the chiller. The power range of natural gas engine heat pumps is generally 30 to 90 kW. The cost for developing a 50 kW unit with gasoline engine retrofit and an intake mixing control system is around 5,000 yuan; the heating and cooling efficiency of the unit depends on the performance of the refrigeration system. Application: This technology can be applied to the engine control of GHP heat pump products and also for the speed control of small natural gas engine cogeneration units, with corresponding output power frequency fluctuations controlled within V-1Hz; currently, natural gas engines on the market are all derived from diesel engine retrofit technology, have high power, and key equipment is imported from countries such as the Netherlands, Australia, and Italy; this technology can achieve precise speed control at a lower cost, with laboratory cost estimates being about 40% of that of imported equipment.
