I. Project Introduction Following the development strategy of the Industrial Internet and the concept of smart city construction, in response to the ecological development needs of intelligent manufacturing such as intelligence, greenness, and safety, we integrate and apply industrial internet technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, and mobile internet to innovatively develop a comprehensive management system for HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment, Energy) and obtain independent intellectual property rights. The system provides comprehensive management service functions for the integration and innovation of the Industrial Internet from four aspects: personnel health management, production safety management, environmental protection management, and comprehensive energy management. It provides information support for achieving cross-departmental, cross-enterprise, and cross-industrial chain collaborative operations with 'intelligence at the core, green as a premise, and safety as a guarantee', thereby enhancing the core competitive advantage of enterprises and promoting their transformation and upgrading to intelligent manufacturing. Technical Features: (1) Internet of Things and Real-time Monitoring Technology Based on RFID IoT technology, achieving real-time management and tracking of hazardous chemicals and important production materials; based on IP network video surveillance technology, achieving real-time monitoring of important places and equipment in the enterprise. (2) Gateway Isolation Technology Enables cross-domain communication between information collected on the industrial network and business network information of corporate functional departments. (3) Cloud Service Deployment Technology Focuses on process-driven as the main line, based on cloud computing key technologies such as cloud service encapsulation and release, integrating and integrating internal and external corporate information resources, realizing system cloud service deployment at http://cimscloud.tongji.edu.ch. (4) Data Mining and Big Data Analysis Technology Through classification, estimation, prediction, correlation grouping or association rules, clustering, etc., to mine the energy-saving potential of enterprises. 5) Energy management technology achieves decentralized metering and centralized comprehensive management of energy activities throughout the production process, as well as dynamic monitoring of key energy-consuming equipment. Through data statistics and analysis of energy consumption, energy consumption forecasts are made, and supply and demand balance plans are formulated. Energy efficiency assessment and big data analysis technologies are adopted to tap into the energy-saving potential of enterprises. (6) Safety production management technology utilizes new generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things, networked video surveillance, office automation, and mobile communications to achieve comprehensive management of daily safety production work, safety equipment, hazardous operations, real-time monitoring, hazard sources and accidents, emergency response, labor protection supplies, etc., thereby enhancing the enterprise's comprehensive and safe control over the 'people, machines, materials, environment' of the manufacturing process. (7) Personnel health management technology realizes the informatized management of occupational health for corporate employees including physical examinations, insurance, work-related injuries, and provides comprehensive management for the overall and individual health of employees. Systematic management and evaluation to enhance the refined level of occupational health management for enterprise employees. (8) Environmental management technology promotes clean production in enterprises through basic information management of pollutants such as wastewater, waste gas, and waste materials, as well as emission location, pollution impact assessment, pollutant treatment and record-keeping, accidents, and emergency response. II. Project industrialization prospects and application fields Against the backdrop of the Industrial Internet era, the mode of production and operation of enterprises has shifted from being 'process-centric' to being 'big data-centric'. Facing the essential requirements for sustainable development of the industrial chain, achieving high integration and innovation between industry and the Internet from multiple dimensions of intelligence, greening, and safety has become an important direction for contemporary corporate ecological construction and transformation and upgrading. The 'Ecological HSEE Comprehensive Management System for the Industrial Internet' leverages the intelligent perception of the Internet of Things, the anytime access of mobile internet, Cloud computing's on-demand services, intelligent analysis of big data processing, and other technical means have provided enterprises with a new production organization model characterized by 'intelligent perception, resource usage as needed, wise decision-making, and mobile operations.' This helps to improve the refined management level of enterprise resource elements. The resulting software products have strong competitiveness in China's internet industry, with significant application value and potential for transformation. The achievements are suitable for manufacturing enterprises of various scales and production characteristics. The results have already been applied in industries such as civil aviation equipment, heavy equipment chemicals, electrical engineering, etc., with typical application cases including: Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Limited, Shanghai Electric Power Station Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Heavy Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Schneider Electric Co., Ltd. III. Expected Cooperation Methods and Investment: The cooperation will be conducted through industry-university-research collaboration. 2-year investment: 2.5 million yuan. Implement the establishment and deployment of hardware and software environments for the system cloud service platform, improve the functions of system services, form industrial software with market competitiveness, and sell it.
