This project belongs to the innovative design field of smart communities, involving collaborative ecological architecture, technical layered system, innovative application system, and intelligent design methods for smart communities. In recent 20 years, there has been significant progress in theoretical, technological, methodological, and tool innovations in fields such as smart cities. However, research related to 'people' or from the perspective of 'people' is still lacking and weak. This project introduces 'Interaction Design Thinking' into the design and research application of smart communities, proposing a collaborative H-CPS (Human-Cyber Physical Systems, H-CPS/People-Centric Information Physical System) based on collaboration. The construction model of the smart community ecosystem integrates the development of smart communities into the framework of interaction between 'human, man-made world, cyberworld, and nature' for examination. The project has produced the following innovative achievements: (1) People-oriented, it proposed a 'creative-based collaborative design innovation process' and a 'computer-aided collaborative work architecture based on global virtualization', and integrated multimedia communication technology to develop a digital collaborative creativity platform with international advanced level, realizing real-time, remote, and fully digitalized interaction development and collaborative creation among different groups in smart communities; (2) Centered on 'human-computer interaction', A novel architecture hierarchy for smart communities based on NHCA-S is proposed for the first time, expanding the perspective to the interconnection and integration of Nature (natural), Human (human), Cyber (cyberspace), and Artifact (man-made objects) in the Internet of Things (IoT); (3) A three-dimensional innovative application system for smart communities based on collaborative H-CPS is proposed, which well constructs an organic integration and data analysis model framework for five major modules of smart security, smart classroom, smart ecology, smart health, and smart life. It forms a new type of community management service form that is based on informatization, intelligence, and returns to nature; (4) A deep generative model and small sample learning technology based on adversarial networks are proposed, achieving an intelligent visual communication design system under a limited number of training samples. The system integrates artificial intelligence, Data visualization, interactive design, and other interdisciplinary technologies have emerged from derivative products, focusing on creating a bridge between technology and humanities. They have effectively promoted the comprehensive development of smart communities. This project is based on the needs of collaborative design in domestic smart communities for independent research and development. It has obtained 7 authorized invention patents, 7 computer software copyrights, and published more than 20 professional technical papers in core journals at home and abroad (including 19 that were indexed by SCI and EI). The level search and project acceptance consider that the overall level has reached an international advanced standard. Many achievements of this project have been applied in cooperative projects with Tongji University Architectural Design Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., Tencent (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Building Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., Longfor Real Estate, Country Garden, Alibaba, Tencent, Unilever, and others. In the 9 projects including intelligent design and development for smart community real estate projects and internet companies, while generating more than 1 billion yuan of new added value, good social benefits have also been produced. In terms of talent cultivation, 3 doctoral students and 13 master's degree students have been trained. Lou Yongqi received the Gold Medal Award for China Design Contribution at the 2015 Guanghua Longteng Awards, was selected as a Young Scholar in the first 'Yangtze River Scholars Reward Program' in 2015, Liu Fuqiang was selected as an Excellent Academic Leader in Shanghai in 2007, Cao Nan was selected as a National Youth Thousand Talents in 2016, and Wang Chao was selected as a Pujiang Talent in Shanghai in 2014.
