This project is based on theoretical research on bubble stability, targeting advanced foreign products for formula design. A new type of stabilizer has been developed through trial production and pilot application in a gasification plant. In the part of theoretical research on bubble stability, first different physical foaming agents were selected to focus on the influence and mechanism of environmental temperature on physical foaming agents; secondly, different types of aluminum powder were chosen, with various stabilizers added to change the external temperature and slurry viscosity. Combining actual formulas and slurry viscosities in production, their impact on bubble stability and mechanism were studied; finally, through formula design, a new type of stabilizer was developed, and its performance was verified through trial production and pilot application, listening to user feedback and continuously improving technology. During the implementation of the project, professional companies were also selected for trial production and pilot application in production practice, which not only increased the feasibility of the project research but also enhanced the practical application. Moreover, it is more conducive to the transformation of new products in the future. Through project research, the main issues such as formulation technology and chemical bubble stability characterization of novel stabilizers are solved, and upgraded and replacement new stabilizers are designed and developed to meet the needs of producing high-quality aerated concrete.
