During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, strategic emerging environmental protection industries face tremendous development opportunities. The soil remediation industry has broad prospects, among which, with the relocation of urban industries, industrial sludge remediation accounts for more than 30% of the total soil remediation. However, currently, the products and technologies for remediating polluted soils in China are generally backward. Although there are solidification materials for riverbank and construction sludge, they suffer from high costs and poor effects. This product addresses the technical challenge of industrial sludge containing a large amount of organic matter and heavy metals, making it difficult to utilize resources. It conducts research on environmentally friendly inorganic solidification materials and technologies for industrial sludge remediation. Its composition is mainly based on industrial solid waste, fully leveraging the synergistic effects between different components as well as physical and chemical reactions. It changes the form or binding method of pollutants in the soil, reducing their mobility and bioavailability in the environment. Efficient solidification of industrial sludge and its heavy metal substances for soil remediation. This technical achievement has the advantages of low cost and environmental protection. The solidified industrial sludge can meet the national soil environmental standards GB15618 (cadmium content ≤ 0.30mg/kg), and can be directly recycled for use in building backfilling or preparation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly wall materials, etc. The product technology is at a leading level domestically.
