Fly ash is an essential material for modern concrete, which can enhance its 'ball-rolling effect' to improve pumping performance and reduce costs. However, its low reactivity limits the amount of fly ash that can be incorporated and the full realization of these advantages. Moreover, the unburned carbon contained in it can adsorb water reducers, thereby weakening their ability to improve fluidity. Based on a large number of laboratory studies and certain theoretical achievements, the fluidized bed chemical vapor deposition method was adopted, using the fly ash storage as the fluidized bed, introducing vaporized modification materials into it and uniformly coating them on the surface of the fly ash particles to form a nanoscale modified layer, significantly improving the fluidity of concrete. Preliminary results show that adopting a mobile modification method can simplify production and facilitate the promotion of this technology. Therefore, it is necessary to study bulk vehicle-mounted modification material addition devices suitable for this technology, as well as the corresponding fluidized bed gas phase deposition process; specifically utilizing a bulk vehicle as the fluidized bed and utilizing its air source, With power as the driving force, we are developing a vehicle-mounted modification device to focus on solving a stable production process that can complete modifications during rapid loading. Various optimization schemes have been designed and mobile device prototypes have been made, which have preliminarily shown strong feasibility. The goal is to transform the formed series of intellectual property rights into actual productive forces, promote them rapidly, improve concrete performance more widely, and enhance building quality.
