In response to the characteristics of high sand content and high solid content in China's sludge, research is conducted in the field of advanced anaerobic digestion technology routes for low organic matter sludge, especially for highly solidified (TS>10%) sludge. The research covers aspects such as the feasibility of anaerobic digestion, material flow characteristics, microbial populations and enhanced regulation, thermal/alkali-enhanced hydrolysis pretreatment technology, and synergistic digestion technology between sludge and kitchen waste. In particular, the research strengthens the study of material flow transformation mechanisms within the sludge anaerobic digestion system. This breakthrough aims to enhance key technical and mechanistic research for improving the anaerobic degradation rate and gas production rate in China's low organic matter sludge, providing support for advanced anaerobic digestion research in our country. A high-temperature hydrothermal enhanced pretreatment technology suitable for the characteristics of low organic matter sludge in China is proposed, breaking through the mechanism of high-temperature hydrothermal enhancement on sludge hydrolysis and the optimal reaction conditions. The technical achievements form a complete set of equipment. And be applied, transformed and optimized in the demonstration project; Breakthrough key technologies of material intensification transformation for high-solid content sludge advanced anaerobic digestion, optimize and develop important parameters such as solid content rate, temperature control and stirring.
