With the rapid development of the national economy and the rapid growth of highway construction and coal energy industry, softening and muddy rock layers such as shale are often encountered in subgrade construction. Especially in coal mine tunnels, the base plate is mostly composed of mudstone, which undergoes severe mudification under the action of water and vehicle rolling, greatly affecting the quality of the subgrade and transportation. To solve the problem of mudstone mudification, an efficient mud solidifier has been developed. By spreading the solidifying agent material on the mudified layer, stirring it, and then compacting it by rolling, a solidified body can be obtained that can directly serve as unpaved roads for low-grade highways or as subgrades for high-grade highways.
