Product Introduction: The development and production of TCU have designed and manufactured the hardware and software system of the automatic transmission electronic control unit (TCU), including its peripheral circuits. The development and production of the semi-physical simulation platform are mainly used for the design and debugging of TCU hardware and software, as well as the evaluation of shift laws. It includes two parts: the simulation platform software design and hardware manufacturing. During the experiment process, the TCU can be connected to the simulation loop system. Through a friendly interactive interface, users only need to input simple parameter settings to perform real-time automatic transmission simulation experiments, including some extreme driving conditions. After the self-developed TCU is debugged on the semi-physical simulation platform, further actual vehicle tests are conducted. The following figure shows a Santana 2000 equipped with a self-developed TCU. The National Motor Vehicle Supervision and Testing Center (Shanghai) conducts strict power and economy tests at the international racecourse, achieving or approaching international advanced levels.
