Diesel engines, due to their advantages such as low fuel consumption, low carbon dioxide emissions, good power performance, and high reliability, are widely used in transportation, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, and other fields because of their excellent economy and power. However, the particulate emissions from diesel engines pose an increasingly serious pollution problem for humans and the Earth's environment. In China, particulate emissions from diesel vehicles are an important pollutant affecting urban air quality. The increasingly stringent automotive emission regulations require that their particulate emissions gradually decrease. However, from a technical perspective, relying solely on internal measures within the diesel engine to improve particulate emissions will tend to reach its limits. It is necessary to adopt external post-treatment technology measures for diesel engine exhaust particles to meet the requirements of future strict emission regulations. This technical device purifies the black smoke particles emitted by the diesel engine, significantly reducing the black smoke particle emissions from the diesel engine. It can also reduce the unburned hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide in the exhaust, thereby reducing the pollution of diesel engine emissions to the atmospheric environment and harm to human health. This device has good high-temperature resistance and mechanical shock resistance, strong adaptability to working environments, and is an effective means to reduce diesel engine exhaust pollution.
