The integrated industrial waste gas high-efficiency purification treatment system adopts a dry acid removal process, which is particularly suitable for the removal of acidic gases and dust from small and medium-sized enterprises. This system simplifies, integrates, and improves the traditional dry acid removal system based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, leveraging their strengths while avoiding weaknesses to facilitate its practical promotion and widespread application. The goal is to accelerate the process of haze reduction and significantly improve the atmospheric environment. The system focuses on improving the reaction rate of the absorbent under the premise of ensuring high acid removal efficiency (high absorption rate) to significantly reduce the operating costs of the system. The design characteristics of the system are: within the specified service period, the absorbent is used exactly according to the cycle of reuse and the optimal total amount of spraying, completing a reasonable number of cycles of reuse and spraying. In this way, the utilization rate of the same batch of absorbent, the absorption efficiency of the purification system, and the cost-effectiveness (involving operating costs) of the operation reach their best. The system mainly consists of an air collection hood, The system consists of a reaction tank, filter cartridge dust collector, multi-point spray (absorbent) device, pneumatic conveying (absorbent) device, spiral quantitative powder supply (absorbent) device, fan, air duct, chimney, and various electromechanical control devices.
