The pollution of kitchen fumes and smoke from the catering service industry, as well as industrial manufacturing (such as heat treatment, forging, etc.), has become a social nuisance that must be addressed. Traditional mechanical filtration methods, electrostatic purification, and common wet scrubbing methods have been proven to have serious defects in practice and are not sustainable. This system integrates the advantages of various wet scrubbing methods, avoiding many of the defects of common wet scrubbing methods in an oily environment (blockage, difficult maintenance, lack of sustainability, secondary pollution, etc.), and is supplemented with targeted washing media. The efficiency of removing oil fumes is expected to exceed 96%. This system solves the biggest problem of common wet scrubbing methods: the issue of secondary pollution. The system comes with a simple, economical, and effective wastewater treatment device that allows the treated oil fume purification wastewater to meet discharge standards or be reused directly. Eliminates the common secondary pollution problem of wet oil fume purification equipment, further enhancing the market competitiveness of the system and its components. This system integrates and improves traditional wet purification methods based on long-term research and application experience, leveraging strengths while avoiding weaknesses to facilitate their practical promotion and widespread use, thereby accelerating the process of reducing haze and significantly improving the atmospheric environment. The system focuses on using efficient and inexpensive cleaning media under the premise of ensuring high purification efficiency to significantly reduce operating costs. Application or prospects: The project is suitable for various catering services, public kitchens, large residential building public flues, manufacturing (heat treatment, hot forging, etc.), solving problems with larger and more concentrated amounts of oil fume purification, resulting in significant economic and social benefits. It is planned to complete the application test at a certain enterprise in Shanghai (not yet conducted, the plan has been completed). The system has the following characteristics (innovations): Point: System integration, small size, equipment simplification, high purification efficiency, expected to reach 96% or even more than 97%; the washing medium is recycled for use, with high utilization and low cost; the system comes with a wastewater treatment device that has good purification effects, allowing the oil fume purification waste liquid to be treated and discharged up to standards, or it can be directly reused; this solves the problem of secondary pollution; the operation of the purification dust removal system is controlled by electromechanical means, with good stability, convenient maintenance, simple equipment, low investment, and high cost-performance ratio.
