The present invention is a synthesis method for thermoelectric materials of the cobaltite series, which uses chloride or nitrate salts of cobalt, antimony, iron, nickel, and tin as raw materials. The reaction is carried out in an autoclave lined with polytetrafluoroethylene at 140°C to 190°C. After filtration and washing, the material undergoes heat treatment to finally obtain the desired product. Therefore, the method of the present invention has the advantages of cheap and readily available raw materials, simple equipment, low synthesis temperature, simple process that is easy to control, fine product granularity, and high purity. It can provide high-quality materials for the preparation of efficient thermoelectric conversion devices.
