Micro-nano bubbles have characteristics such as small size, huge specific surface area, long residence time in water, and negatively charged surfaces. The interface properties of micro-nano bubbles enable them to efficiently adsorb and remove impurities from water, especially oil substances on solid interfaces. Cleaning technologies based on micro-nano bubbles exhibit excellent cleaning effects without the use of traditional chemical agents, which can significantly reduce operating costs. They represent a revolutionary green cleaning technology that can be applied in fields such as semiconductor and liquid crystal panel cleaning, pesticide residue removal from vegetables, space sterilization and disinfection, skin cleansing, etc. Currently, there are bottlenecks in micro-nano bubble generation technology, including high energy consumption and poor stability. The micro-nano bubble generator developed by our project team adopts a labyrinth-type releaser and pulse circulation circuit, greatly enhancing the efficiency of pressurized release and allowing for stable production of high-concentration micro-nano bubbles with no heat loss and low energy consumption.
