Project Introduction Special condensing gas boilers mainly refer to commercial gas heating furnaces made of aluminum-silicon-magnesium, stainless steel, and copper alloys. The technical core is the configuration of a low-nitrogen burner that dynamically adjusts the heat supply according to indoor and environmental temperatures, and reduces the flue gas temperature below the dew point by about 45°C, recovering the latent heat of the flue gas. The thermal efficiency can reach 97% to 109%. Their volume is only one-sixth that of steel boilers; if coupled with a heat pump for gas-electric heating, the thermal efficiency can consistently reach 110%; achieving deep dynamic energy saving and emission reduction in the gas system. This technology has related patents and independent intellectual property rights. All carbon steel manufactured condensing gas boilers are considered pseudo-condensing because their materials cannot withstand the corrosion of condensate water, and their maximum thermal efficiency can reach 97%. Currently, cast aluminum-silicon-magnesium, extruded aluminum-silicon-magnesium, The extrusion stainless steel production process is a mature manufacturing process that can achieve mass production. Currently, natural gas is the fastest-growing energy source. After the completion of this technology design, it can be put into production within 2 to 4 months, making it the main technology for replacing steel gas boilers in the future.
