Project Outcome Introduction: This project is capable of designing solar energy focusing heat collection systems. A new unified Monte Carlo ray tracing modeling method has been proposed, and a self-developed unified Monte Carlo ray tracing computational program software has been developed. The computational method and program software adopt a modular design approach, featuring high integration, strong scalability, ease of use, and flexibility. They enable relevant design and research personnel to quickly and efficiently complete a series of tasks such as the construction of complex solar energy focusing heat collection system computational models, analysis of thermal and optical properties, design of optical systems, and structural optimization. The method also has good universality, flexibility, and high accuracy. Project Innovation Points: On this basis, the project further proposed the coupling principle of the unified Monte Carlo ray tracing modeling method with the computational fluid heat transfer finite volume method. Based on this, a comprehensive optimization analysis and design method for multi-stage multi-surface complex solar focusing heat collection systems has been proposed, as well as an automatic optimization design method for the light-heat-fluid coupling of solar focusing heat collection systems. This solves the problems of comprehensive design and automatic optimization of solar focusing heat collection systems. The application field of the results: This method can provide relevant design and research personnel with a multidisciplinary cross-application approach for the comprehensive evaluation and optimization design of solar focusing heat collection system performance. It can not only be used to effectively reveal or optimize the internal light capture and conversion process of solar focusing heat collection systems and the complex light-heat-fluid coupling heat transfer process, but also be widely applied in the optimization analysis or design calculation of various forms of solar focusing heat collection systems, as well as in the comprehensive development of new types of high-efficiency solar focusing heat collection systems.
