Different types of pressure energy exchangers have been designed and developed, and network integration optimization design for the residual pressure recovery process has been carried out, resulting in an optimized network matching scheme for achieving work recovery. Prospects: This project has broad application prospects in process industries such as seawater desalination and petrochemicals, where it can significantly reduce system energy consumption and costs. The efficiency of equipment residual pressure recovery reaches over 90%, and the mixing rate of media is below 2%. The project meets energy-saving and environmental protection requirements, with significant economic and social benefits.
