Project Introduction: Many enterprises in the production processes of petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fermentation, pharmaceuticals, food, tobacco, feed, fertilizers, synthetic materials, etc., emit hot and humid air as well as dry exhaust gases with temperatures generally around 120-180°C, and some can even reach up to 20°C. The discharge of a large amount of waste heat not only causes significant energy waste but also has a major impact on the quality of the atmospheric environment. Effectively solving this problem is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction, and it also possesses significant social, environmental, and economic benefits. Project Introduction: This technology is suitable for the recovery and utilization of waste heat from high-temperature hot and humid air and dry exhaust gases generated in industrial production processes such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fermentation, pharmaceuticals, food, tobacco, feed, fertilizers, synthetic materials, etc. This process recovers the heat from industrial exhaust gases through a specially structured heat exchanger and then preheats fresh air with this heat. This technology feature is to design special-structured heat exchangers for different working conditions of humid and hot air and dry exhaust gases, respectively. It recovers waste heat while recovering products and reducing dust content. This technology has completed the demonstration engineering design of waste heat recovery from soy protein drying exhaust gas at a capacity of 150,000 m3/h. Technical services: This technology can provide diagnosis of existing humid and hot air and dry exhaust gas treatment processes, equipment, and operating conditions (operating parameter testing, waste gas composition analysis, logistics and energy balance calculations, etc.), as well as design schemes for the recovery of waste heat from humid and hot air and dry exhaust gases (proposed technical solutions, feasibility analysis of proposed technologies, project total investment budget, project economic analysis); preparation of engineering bidding technical proposals, complete engineering design, key reactor design, Installation, commissioning or engineering general contracting. Project investment is determined based on the factory scale and waste gas conditions.
