Introduction to the Achievement: The research and development of a high-efficiency combined cooling and heating system with wide temperature range (from -50 to 160°C) not only optimizes the distribution of cold and heat within this broad temperature range but also enhances the energy utilization efficiency of the system by utilizing the full heat from the condensing heat of the refrigeration system itself, as well as various waste and surplus heat recovery methods. Advantages of the Achievement: This system is highly integrated, combining a low-temperature refrigeration system, a high-temperature heating system (high-temperature heat pump), a valley electricity water storage system, a micro-pressure steam generation system, and a water vapor pressurization system into one. It achieves the coupling and matching of the use of refrigeration system condensing heat or other waste heat with the heating capacity of the heating system, resulting in zero emissions of waste heat from the system. Development Prospects and Benefits of the Achievement: The technology for this project has been successfully developed and transformed, and the modular products of the high-efficiency combined cooling and heating system with wide temperature range have been successfully applied in the food production industries such as cold storage, dairy products, and beer. In the livestock and poultry slaughtering industry, material drying and centralized heating industry, and chemical industry, it meets the cold and heat demand as well as water and steam demand of the industry.
