I. Project Introduction The boiler denitrification technology refers to a technique that controls the NOx emissions from coal-fired boilers in power plants by optimizing the combustion process and implementing measures for purifying the flue gas. Currently, the mainstream NOx control technologies mainly include low NOx combustion technology and flue gas denitrification technology. Although the former can reduce the generation of NOx to some extent, it cannot meet the increasingly stringent environmental emission requirements. Flue gas denitrification technology has gradually gained widespread application due to its higher NOx removal efficiency, but it also has the limitation of high cost. The deep integration innovation of NOx removal technology focuses on the research and development of system integration between in-furnace combustion and flue gas denitrification technologies, developing domestically produced core technology equipment for coal-fired boiler flue gas denitrification. On one hand, it maximizes the efficiency of NOx removal while also effectively solving the problem of high cost, offering the best cost advantage. On the other hand, it will break the monopoly of foreign technology in this field, replace imports, and drive the development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and is bound to become the mainstream combination technology for NOx removal from thermal power generation in the future. Second, key technical advantages or innovation: This technology, after years of research and development, has formed the following achievements: 1. Low-temperature denitrification technology (achieving a denitrification efficiency of over 70% at 200°C); 2. Layout and design of SCR denitrification reaction towers; 3. Design of SNCR denitrification systems; 4. Design of NOx removal from pulverized coal reburning, biomass reburning, and fuel staged combustion with the determination of key technical parameters; 5. Design of NOx removal from air staged combustion with the determination of key technical parameters; 6. Technology for NOx removal from urea thermal decomposition; 7. Structure and aerodynamic parameters of low NOx burner design. 8. System Integration Optimization for Efficient NOx Removal Technology. III. Market Prospects and Applications The state has set stricter special emission limits for atmospheric pollutants in sensitive areas, known as ultra-low emissions. Faced with new emission standards, the integrated pollutant co-reduction efficiency is relatively low. Therefore, this technology adopts a distributed removal method and achieves integrated denitration and desulfurization through the research and development of system integration of furnace combustion and flue gas denitration technology.
