Project Introduction: This project is targeting production needs and is developing a compression-based low-temperature air source heat pump device. The device extracts heat from the air for heating crude oil, suitable for well sites without casing gas as fuel for heaters. It can solve the implementation inconvenience brought by coal-fired solutions, poor economic efficiency of electric heating, and issues such as land occupation, initial investment, operating costs, reliability, and maintenance workload of solar energy devices. The device mainly consists of a compressor, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, and other components. The system also includes an emergency electric auxiliary heater to ensure heat supply in case of compressor failure or maintenance. Currently, this product is still in the blank stage in the domestic market, making it a good opportunity for industry intervention. Innovativeness: The total weight of the product is about 500 kilograms, occupying an area of about 6 square meters, with an input power of 10 to 20kW. The overall energy consumption of the system is about 50% of that of the electric heating device, resulting in significant energy saving. The device is fully integrated and placed outdoors, operating automatically round the clock, and can also be remotely networked for monitoring and management. This project team has long been engaged in research and development of industrial heat pump energy-saving technology. With a profound accumulation of research achievements and rich experience in related product development, he has won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Shaanxi Province and the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Higher Education Institutions in Shaanxi Province.
