Project Introduction: Currently, there are about 580,000 industrial boilers in use nationwide, of which coal-fired boilers account for approximately 480,000 units, accounting for about 83% of the total capacity of industrial boilers, consuming about 600 million tons of raw coal annually. The design efficiency of coal-fired industrial boilers in China is 72%-80%, close to the international level, but their average operating efficiency is 67%-72%, which is 10-15 percentage points lower than the advanced foreign levels. The energy consumption and pollution emissions of industrial boilers rank second among all industrial sectors in China, making them the second-largest coal smoke type pollution source after thermal power plants. The large number and wide coverage of coal-fired industrial boilers are a top priority for energy conservation and emission reduction efforts. In the "12th Five-Year Plan" for Industrial Energy Conservation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the roadmap for energy saving and consumption reduction in nine major industries clearly lists the energy-saving transformation project for industrial boilers and kilns as the top priority among the nine major energy-saving projects, explicitly stating: "Distinguish between boiler operating efficiency and fuel usage, Focus on promoting energy-saving technological transformation of small and medium-sized industrial coal-fired boilers. Eliminate outdated cast iron boilers that are structurally backward, inefficient, and cause serious environmental pollution; adopt online operation monitoring, plasma ignition, pulverized coal combustion, and coal catalytic combustion technologies to adaptively transform coal-fired boilers." Industrial boilers, as one of the important components of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry, face both opportunities and challenges. In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, it is necessary to further conquer new technologies, strive to improve the thermal efficiency of industrial boilers, and promote technological progress in industrial boiler science. High-efficiency, energy-saving, low-pollution industrial boilers that use clean fuels and clean combustion technologies will be the trend of product development. Pulverized coal boilers are the main technology applied in large power station boilers, which have advantages such as high thermal efficiency, wide adaptability to coal quality, and ease of automation compared to chain furnaces. Moreover, they can adopt efficient desulfurization and dust removal as well as NOx control technologies. The purpose of achieving efficient and clean combustion (relative to traditional industrial boilers) is significant, hence there is great potential for the development of coal powder combustion in industrial boilers. Technological innovation and leadership: The Boiler Research Institute at Xi'an Jiaotong University has further developed and designed on the basis of existing coal powder combustion technology in power station boilers and patented industrial coal powder boiler technology (a vertical industrial coal powder boiler system, inventor: Wang Shuzhong et al., patent number: ZL201010268242.0), taking into account factors such as environmental performance and economic viability of industrial coal powder boilers to form a superior technical solution for industrial coal powder boilers. 2.1 - Efficient, stable, economical, and reliable coal powder supply with flexible pulverizing system configuration, which can operate in two modes: self-preparation/centralized supply. 2.2 - Boiler achieves efficient and stable combustion, ensuring complete burnout. 2.2.1 Small tonnage (6t/h) Scheme Characteristics: Vertical arrangement, saving floor space; the furnace and convection flue are formed by bending coil pipes to create a two-pass flue gas path, with the radiant heating surface receiving heat from both sides, fully utilizing the thermal energy of flue gas, resulting in high thermal efficiency; the convection heating surface is horizontally flushed by flue gas, providing good heat transfer performance; supplemented by a multi-channel local oxygen-enriched cyclone pulverized coal burner; direct current mode - quick start and stop. 2.2.2 Medium tonnage (20-30t/h) scheme characteristics: Double drum horizontal type, natural circulation pulverized coal boiler, the furnace is composed of well-sealed membrane water wall, the upper drum is arranged above the horizontal flue, and at the furnace outlet, the rear wall water wall is dilated into a slag condenser bundle, which can be followed by an overheater as needed Membrane water wall also has the advantages of good airtightness, low air leakage, less slag formation, and can be welded into components by the manufacturer for delivery. It is easy to install quickly and conveniently. The dual burners are arranged in counterflow on the front and back walls, effectively regulating the load. 2.3 - Coal-fired boiler environmental performance is excellent - Boiler pollutant emissions meet national relevant standards. Adding desulfurizer before the furnace and integrating flue gas desulfurization and dust removal technology effectively remove sulfur oxides; Market and benefit analysis In the foreseeable future, coal will still be China's main fuel, and coal-fired boilers will continue to dominate industrial boilers (accounting for about 80% in capacity and approximately 70% in number). Currently, coal-fired industrial boilers generally suffer from high energy consumption, low actual operating efficiency, and serious environmental pollution. With the comprehensive implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and the deepening of "energy conservation and emission reduction" work, Coal-fired industrial boilers have broad market prospects in terms of technological transformation and product renewal, which are expected to bring significant economic benefits and environmental protection effects. According to the 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Industrial Energy Conservation' recently released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is mentioned that the investment demand for energy-saving transformation projects of industrial boilers and kilns is expected to be 90 billion yuan, resulting in a saved energy amount of 45 million tons of standard coal. China has more than 200,000 tons of steam capacity and over 40,000 new boilers entering the market each year, among which coal-fired boiler capacities are about 160,000 tons (calculated at 80%). If all adopt 20t/h industrial pulverized coal boiler systems, the annual demand for new products is about 8,000 sets. With the adjustment of urban industrial structure and the implementation of 'coal prohibition policies' in central urban areas, this project develops high-efficiency, The low-emission vertical industrial coal powder boiler system has broad market prospects. Main application areas: The products of this project can be widely used in various industries such as steel, chemical, machinery, food, textile printing and dyeing, as well as in the daily lives of people. Cooperation conditions requirements: An enterprise legal person with the ability to independently bear civil liabilities, a certain amount of start-up capital and market experience, and strong brand management awareness and market development capabilities.
