Project Introduction: 1. This technology utilizes a new type of adsorption environmental material developed by Xi'an Jiaotong University—titanium-based adsorbent, for the advanced treatment of industrial wastewater. It has multiple invention patents and is a core technology for the advanced treatment of industrial wastewater, pioneering both domestically and internationally. The technology has successively completed small-scale pilot tests, medium-scale pilot plant expansion, and application engineering demonstrations. Titanium-based adsorbent is a new type of adsorption environmental material mainly used for the advanced treatment of wastewater and can be widely applied in industries such as dyeing and printing, coking, chemical, aquaculture, fermentation, etc., for decolorization, COD removal, phosphorus removal, and heavy metal elimination processes. It can also be used for rapid upgrading of river and lake water quality. 2. This technology is particularly suitable for the upgrade transformation of wastewater treatment plants, as well as the requirements for wastewater discharge compliance and reclaimed water reuse in industries such as coking and dyeing. It can efficiently and cost-effectively reduce the COD of industrial wastewater that has been pretreated from 100 to 200 mg/L to below 50 mg/L, or further reduced to 30 mg/L; the colorimetric value is reduced from 100 times to below 10 times, TP is reduced to below 0.5 mg/L, and the effluent quality after deep treatment meets or exceeds national first-class A standards and higher discharge standards. The investment and treatment cost per ton of water are 20% to 40% lower than those of existing common treatment technologies.
